TODAY’S READING: 2 Kings 23 / 2 Chronicles 35 / Psalm 148

Psalm 148:1 [ESV] Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord from the heavens; praise him in the heights
Psalm 148:1 [Message] Hallelujah! Praise God from heaven, praise him from the mountaintops;
Psalm 148:1 [NLT] Praise the Lord ! Praise the Lord from the heavens! Praise him from the skies!

Since I was a young boy more times then not, I’m spend Easter Sunday at a Sonrise Service.
For many of those years, we went to the mountain top in Mt. Hermon. There is a big white cross on the mountain and on a clear day you can see 10 miles away to the ocean in Santa Cruz.
On that mountain, looking to the sky; we’ve sang “He is risen” time and time again.
On that mountain, experiencing His love, that’s a high I never want to loose.

Oh that we’d go to the high places more often.
Oh that we’d sing His praises each and every day.
From the heights
From the mountain tops
From the skies,
Let’s get high!

With Easter quickly approaching I’m reminded again of your great love.
Praise the Lord, You are worth of praise!
Praise the Lord, You are! Adonai!
